I remember Mr Sadowski as a very easy going kind soul.  He usually coached the younger players that were trying to break into the starting positions with encourment and understanding.  He never lost his temper or got frustrated with a player or down on anyone, always optimistic and willing to spend what ever time it took to help the player.  A wonderful man and he is missed.
