Elsie Ellen Menslage married Arthur Warren Palmer II in 1966.  Their son Arthur the 3rd died in 2016 and at that time his father had also died. I checked legacy for Elsie and found she died in Hughes Springs, Texas on 9/10/17, she was born on 5/14/46 and, at that time, had a brother Robert Menslage in Rockland, MA.  I did not check any further, there are other relatives as well, his obit is in Legacy,  but sadly, I guess Elsie will be moved into In Memory. It is likely that several of our missing are also deceased but have not found any confirmations.
