Nihill, Edward R. “Eddy” of Quincy, died December 9, 2021.

Eddy adored his family and loved spending time with them and his dog Bella. He was a truck driver for many years and a member of the local teamsters. He was a kind and loving man who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Beloved husband of 9 years to Carol A. (Macomber) Nihill of Quincy. Cherished father of Richard Macomber of Quincy and Dawn DePersis of Quincy. Loving grandfather of Mattieu Macomber and Damien DePersis. Also survived by his dog Bella.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at the funeral home Thursday at 10 AM followed by a graveside service at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Boston, at 11 AM.
