RIP. Billy Belcher
I was saddened to hear of the death of Billy at the age of 31 in 1978. I was in Miss Tormey's home room with Billy for four years and in a number of classes with him over my years at North. My memories of Billy are of an athletic, outgoing, in shape young man who always had a smile on his face and brought a bit of life to our home room and classes. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and children who I am sure continue to feel his loss during this Christmas and holiday season. RIP Billy.

William Charles Belcher died in 1978 at the age of 31 of a heart attack. He was a successful businessman who left behind his wife Mary and three children. He also is survived by his sisters Jane, Claire, and brother James. His brother Walter has since passed away.
