
A funeral Mass for James W. Robinson, 57, of Brockton, formerly of Quincy, a financial analyst, was celebrated May 1 at St. Colman of Cloyne Church in Brockton.
He died April 28, 2004, at Milton Hospital after a long illness.
Mr. Robinson worked at Analog Devices in Norwood for more than 30 years.
He was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church in Brockton.
Born and raised in Quincy, he graduated from North Quincy High School.
He is survived by his wife, Cathryn M. (Warmington) Robinson; a son, Scot M. Robinson of Brockton; his mother, Eleanor T. (Russo) Steele and her husband, Thomas E. Steele of Quincy; a sister, Theresa Sousa of Brockton; a brother, Alan Steele of Brockton; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late James W. Robinson.
Burial was in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
